Susan Kramer with Real Nappies

Susan Kramer, Lib Dem Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for Richmond Park said: "Disposable nappies can take up to 500 years to decompose in a landfill site. Using real nappies can save the environment, and personally save mothers around £500 a year, a significant sum, particularly for those on a tight budget.

"The new designs in real nappies are just a wonder to mums like me who used to struggle 30 years ago with saggy bottoms. I'd lived to have had something like this to use on my babies and they seem no less convenient than modern disposables.
